01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fontaxo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of Fontaxo after changes constitutes acceptance.
02.Use of the Service
You may use Fontaxo to browse, preview, and download fonts for personal and commercial projects, subject to each font's individual open-source licence. You may not: (a) use Fontaxo to distribute malware or harmful content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or mirror the Service at scale without prior written consent; (c) use automated systems to artificially inflate download counts; or (d) misrepresent the origin of any font downloaded from the Service.
03.Font Licences
All fonts hosted on Fontaxo are distributed under open-source licences (most commonly the SIL Open Font License 1.1). Each font's licence governs how you may use that font — not these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review the licence of any font before use. Fontaxo makes no warranty that any font is suitable for your particular use case. By downloading a font, you accept responsibility for complying with its licence.
04.Intellectual Property
The Fontaxo name, logo, website design, and original content (blog articles, interface copy, and original code) are the property of Fontaxo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission. Font files themselves are owned by their respective designers and are governed by their respective open-source licences.
05.Disclaimer of Warranties
Fontaxo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any font or content available through the Service.
06.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fontaxo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed USD $100.
07.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Fontaxo at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
08.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
